Exchange Policy

Exchange Arrangements (applicable to Hong Kong Area)

Verbatim Hong Kong Official Online Store will ensure the products are in good quality before the order is sent; However, the product may be damaged during delivery, and we will re-arrange the delivery without additional charges. Therefore, after receiving the goods, please check the goods soon in case of any quality problems and must keep the order email for records.

Products that cannot be exchanged

The product has been received for more than 7 days
The product packaging is not intact (eg the packaging tape or box is torn off)
The product has been opened, damaged or incomplete
There is no return or maintenance for any free gifts and trials
Any product purchased out of Verbatim Hong Kong Official Online Store

Note: We will check and verify the returned product before exchanging. Verbatim Hong Kong official online store only accept exchanging product that meet the "Return and Exchange Conditions".

Products that can be exchanged
If the product are mismatch with your order, damaged, defective and exist quality problems, we will arrange an exchange for you. Please apply within 7 days after signing for the goods, otherwise it will not be accepted.

For the exchange process
Please contact us by emailing to verbatim@whiteplace.com.hk or Whatsapp to +852-9272-0726 to apply for the exchange ( this phone number only receives WHATSAPP messages, not for calls). Please provide your order number, photos that can show clearly the conditions of the goods, and briefly explain the reasons for the return and exchange. The subject of the email please include " Verbatim Online Order" and "Order Number" to ensure a smooth process. When we confirm the return and exchange conditions are met, you will receive a confirmation and details of the exchange. Exchange of products must be carried out at our designated location.

Note: If the item you return comes with a promotional gift or special purchase product, please return the item together, otherwise we will deduct the value of the gift or special item when refunding; if you exchange the same product, you do not need to return the attached gifts or special items.

Undeliverable orders: some orders may due to unknown delivery address, PO Box, hotel address, multiple deliveries but no delivery, recipient's contact number is unavailable, recipient refuses to pay tax/rejection, provided ID/Failed to declare the shipment or rejected the package by the recipient. When we receive the returned package, the original delivery fee, handling fee and 10% of product value will be deducted from the refund as the return order processing fee, and the remainder will be processed according to the "Refund Policy". We can re-deliver the returned package for the customer, but the customer have to pay the delivery cost for the re-delivery.
